Welcome to GSM Alpha. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://gsmalpha.com. By using the site you accept these Terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. What the site provides

GSM Alpha publishes phone specifications, indicative prices, user reviews, news and buying guides for general information only. We work hard to keep information accurate and current, but specifications can change by region or revision and prices change constantly. Always verify the final specification and price with the manufacturer or retailer before purchasing. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made on the basis of information published here.

2. Prices and store links

Prices shown are indicative, converted with live exchange rates, and may differ from the price a retailer actually charges. "Where to buy" links lead to third-party stores that we do not operate; your purchase is made with that retailer under their terms, and any issues with an order (delivery, warranty, returns) are between you and the retailer.

Affiliate disclosure: some outbound store links are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never affects how products are ranked or described.

3. User submissions (reviews and comments)

When you submit a review or comment you confirm that it is your own genuine opinion and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display and moderate it on the site. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, misleading (including fake reviews), infringing, or spam. We may edit for formatting, or remove any submission at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

The GSM Alpha name, logo, site design, editorial content and database compilation are our property and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution; you may not scrape, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the site without our prior written permission. Phone names, brand names and product images remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach security, interfering with its operation, harvesting data by automated means without permission, or using the contact and review forms to send spam.

6. Third-party content and advertising

The site displays advertising (including Google AdSense) and links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party sites and advertisers.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSM Alpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or from reliance on any information published on it.
